The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Finance Manager for our Cam Clark Ford location in Olds, AB.

In the position of Finance Manager reporting to the General Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for presenting financing options and opportunities to our vehicle buyers and effectively support our sales team.

You will be accountable for:

• Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products, and other options.
• Protecting the legal and financial welfare of the dealership.
• Ensuring a great understanding of programs and incentives offered by the Manufacturer, lending partners, and other vendor partners.
• Promoting a positive working relationship with our sales team, partners, and banking relationships.
• Ensuring all products are understood and presented to every customer every time.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Understanding the required documentation of each deal and safeguarding the store in the event of an audit.
• Assisting with insurance and registration for vehicle purchases and leases.
• Supporting the sales team through ongoing training, mentoring, and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• At least one year of previous experience as a Finance Manager.
• A valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
• A valid AMVIC license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of effective sales strategies along with a good understanding of financial products and the banking industry is an asset.
• Strong desire to reach goals and succeed.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
