Car Dealership Finance Manager (F&I Manager) maximizes dealership profitability by selling financing, insurance, and aftermarket products while securing customer loans. Core Responsibilities:
- Finance and Insurance (F&I) Sales: Sell extended warranties, service contracts, GAP insurance, and maintenance programs to customers.
- Loan Structuring: Analyze credit applications, calculate payment options, and structure deals with lending institutions to maximize approval rates.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and execute final sales/lease documents, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., Truth in Lending Act).
- Lender Relations: Build and maintain relationships with bank representatives and lenders to secure competitive financing.
- Sales Support: Train the sales team on financing options, incentives, and how to transition customers to the F&I office
Key Requirements & Skills:
