Finance Director ISC (N15)

Position Purpose

The Finance Director Integrated Supply Chain (FD ISC) is the senior Finance leader for Nutreco’s Integrated Supply Chain, acting as Finance Business Partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO).

The role drives financial leadership across Global Supply Chain, including ONIP and OT, Manufacturing & OE, Procurement, Quality & Regulatory, IBP, and Global Supply Points, ensuring strong performance management, capital discipline, and value creation across the end‑to‑end supply chain.

The FD ISC reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is a member of the Finance Leadership Team.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Finance Business Partnering

• Act as trusted Finance partner to the CSCO and Supply Chain Leadership Team.
• Support definition and execution of Supply Chain strategy through financial insights and performance analytics.
• Translate operational priorities into clear financial targets and steering mechanisms.

Performance & Cost Management

• Lead financial performance management for Supply Chain, including cost efficiency, productivity, and working capital.
• Ensure transparency and alignment on Supply Chain KPIs across BUs and Global Functions.
• Drive data‑driven decision‑making and performance ownership.

CAPEX & Investment Governance

• Act as global Finance owner for Supply Chain CAPEX governance, policies, and processes.
• Review and challenge investment proposals; provide financial advice to CSCO and Management Board as required.
• Ensure CAPEX discipline, prioritization, and post‑investment value tracking.

Finance Operations & Controlling

• Oversee Finance support for Global Supply Points and selected operational entities.
• Ensure strong financial routines including planning, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
• Supervise HQ controlling activities for Supply Chain functions and cost centers.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and develop Finance managers supporting Supply Chain domains.
• Act as key liaison between Business Line Finance Directors and Supply Chain on cross‑functional topics.
• Partner with Corporate Finance, FP&A, and Finance Operations to ensure integration and consistency.
