Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
- Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions form invoices and/or dispatch software.
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Update receivables and collect on unpaid invoices.
- Maintain records.
- Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers
- Resolve discrepancies.
- Protect company value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the job training.
- Additional duties as needed.
