JOB Summary:

UPL is seeking a Lead Finance Business Partner for the US Ag business who will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strategic decision-making, and supporting transformational initiatives across commercial organizations. This role goes beyond traditional business partnering to include strategic projects, M&A support, and business model optimization. The incumbent will collaborate with commercial leadership, corporate development, and global finance teams to deliver business performance management, strategic decision support, and financial insights that shape growth strategies. Responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting processes, enabling operational excellence, and providing financial leadership for strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
