As Finance business partner, we offer you a great opportunity to be at the core of driving value creation in the Integrated Supply chain of Personal Health.

This is a 5‑month assignment starting June, to cover a maternity leave within PH Integrated Supply Chain.

You are responsible for

• Supporting the financial performance cycle across factories and the O2F functions
• Coordinating the BU financial planning processes (SPOR, AOP, FC, LV) across factories, IWD, procurement
• Driving together with FP&A transparency and improvement of business ISC results, process harmonization & standardization across businesses
• Supporting in the E2E S&OP process: volumes of demand planning, supply planning, factory planning
• Strategic decision support and analysis by means of sound business modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis.

You are a part of

The PH ISC Finance Team, which is part of the global ISC Finance organization.  You will report to the PH ISC Finance Lead and will work closely with Business and Operations FP&A and BPs, PH ISC LT members and their teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in different Finance roles
• Analytical savvy and able to dig deep while keeping the holistic view and connecting the dots
• Business acumen to drive value creation through strong business cases
• Eagerness to learn and improve, challenge in a respectful way, communicate effectively to various stakeholder groups
• Good understanding of relevant tools and systems.
