Finance & Accounting Manager

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range
$70,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience

The Role
The Accounting & Finance Manager leads the company’s accounting function and serves as a key member of the leadership team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and providing insights that support business decisions. The roll oversees a small team and works closely with leadership to guide financial planning and overall company performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and cash management
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements and internal reports to leadership
• Manage the annual budgeting process and support forecasting and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate external audits and year-end financial processes
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Supervise and develop a team of approximately 5 accounting staff

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including team leadership
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and general accounting practices
• Experience managing month-end close and preparing financial statements
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Effective communication skills and ability to partner with leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience supporting audits and working with external auditors
• Familiarity with payroll processes and compliance
