Finance & Accounting Management Trainee

Overview

SwiftX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Management Trainee to join our growing Finance team. This role is designed for recent graduates or earlycareer professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting, financial operations, and FP&A. You will receive hands-on training while supporting daily accounting activities, month-end close, financial reporting, and continuous process improvement.As a fast-growing logistics technology company, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly. Key Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and daily accounting operations.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Verify the accuracy of accounting records and maintain organized documentation.
• Assist with revenue and expense reviews, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Help improve accounting workflows and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, and Business teams.
• Complete ad hoc projects and other finance-related assignments as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other common functions).
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English

• Pay Range: 55,000
