Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Finance Analyst within the Master Data Management (MDM) team. This role is crucial in ensuring the governance, maintenance, and integrity of supplier master data in Workday. You will be involved in supplier onboarding, data validation, and tax reporting support, contributing to the seamless operation of our Enterprise Supply Chain Operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in financial services, supplier management, accounts payable, procurement operations, master data management, or related business functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience reviewing and validating business documentation, including W-9 forms, banking documentation, and supplier onboarding records
• Experience using ERP systems; Workday experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in data governance and operational processes
• Familiarity with IRS TIN matching and tax reporting
• Experience in process improvement initiatives

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding and maintenance
• Review and validate supplier documentation
• Engage in tax reporting activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
