Field Procurement Manager

Procurement personnel perform supply chain and logistics functions, which may include, but are not limited to, material and service procurement, production planning, outsourcing, vendor selection, expediting, and distribution. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals.Procurement roles oversee the end-to-end process of planning, sourcing, and delivering products or servicesto customers. Professionals in these roles ensure the efficient flow of goods, services, information, andfinances across the entire supply chain network, from suppliers to customers. Managerial roles focus on the supervision of people and applying operational and strategic management skills.These roles provide direction and oversight to ensure the overall effective functioning of a team, department oradministrative process by implementing strategies and processes, while building a high-performing team. Applies understanding of the business and how their own area integrates with others to achieve departmental objectives. Manages professional employees with accountability for the performance and results oftheir team, and is guided by policies, procedures and departmental plans while receiving guidance from seniorleadership. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objective.• Eight or more years of experience (YOE) as an individual contributor in one or more of the roles managed, OR Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus five or more years of experience (YOE) in one or more of the roles managed, OR Master's Degree in a relevant field plus three or more year of experience (YOE) in one or more of the roles managed • Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
