Our ideal candidate should possess the following traits:

5-10 years construction experience preferred
Knowledge of job cost transactions
Possess strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and detail orientated
Experience with multi-state unions, certified payroll and garnishments
Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Excel
Excellent verbal and written skills, good customer service
The ability to multi-task
Be able to work in a team environment while being independently accountable for assigned responsibilities
