Job Summary
We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Facility Payroll Ambassador. You will serve onsite as a liaison between local facility staff and Payroll. This role will provide customer service through several channels of communication while utilizing enterprise software and applying policies to solve employee’s inquiries.
Job Description
- Provide professional and quality customer service to employees through adherence to the department’s scripts, and in compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Resolved employee inquiries utilizing system tools, reports and policies and procedures
- Identify and escalate complex issues and provide follow-up/ closure
- Create and maintain Service Now tickets to ensure efficient handling and prompt response of escalated inquiries
- Complete payroll and timekeeping related forms
- Guide employees through troubleshooting and navigation assistance with ESS, MSS and ERC webpages
- Collaborate with all areas of Payroll and HR to resolve employee issues
- Provide coverage for Payroll Shared Services Call Center
- Participate in trainings and review of communications to stay updated on applicable software, policies and procedures
- Participate in special projects and perform all other duties as assigned
Skills Required
- 1+ years of related customer service/payroll experience
- Knowledge/experience in customer service delivery
- Strong technology and computer skills
- Proven experience in providing excellent service to customers
- Payroll experience

Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree
Additional Requirements
- Shift Time: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Pay Rate
- $28-$33 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
