About the role:

As a Procurement Specialist – Indirect Procurement, you will play a key role in ensuring the organization has access to the goods and services needed to operate efficiently and effectively. Working across a broad range of indirect spend categories, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective procurement solutions that support business objectives.

In this role, you will manage sourcing activities from supplier selection through to contract negotiation and purchasing execution, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procurement best practices. You will build strong relationships across the business, understand stakeholder needs, and identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and enhance procurement processes.

About your tasks:

• Manage the sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into sourcing strategies, and deliver effective procurement solutions.
• Support supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management to maintain high quality standards and ensure reliable supply.
• Contribute to commercial negotiations and contract discussions, helping secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing procurement processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and value creation.

Qualifications

About you:

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or bring equivalent vocational training and relevant professional experience.
• You have 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related business function.
• You possess a solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• You are confident working with data and MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and have a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work.
• You communicate effectively in English and enjoy collaborating with a variety of stakeholders; additional Dutch or German language skills are a plus.
