If you are a detail-driven numbers expert with hands-on experience handling dealership accounts, schedules, and financial records, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

As a core member of our business office, you’ll oversee key financial functions to keep our dealership accurate, compliant, and thriving:

• Manage AP/AR Operations: Efficiently process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, track receivables, and issue timely payments.

• Maintain Schedules: Clean and reconcile dealership accounting schedules routinely to ensure complete accuracy.

• Dealership Processing: Handle deal posting, trade-in payoff verification, and lien releases as needed.

• Month-End Support: Assist the Controller/Office Manager with month-end close, financial reporting, and audit preparation.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with sales, service, and parts management to resolve billing questions or schedule discrepancies quickly.

What We’re Looking For

• Dealership Experience Required: 2+ years of automotive accounting experience (DMS knowledge such as Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or Dealertrack is highly preferred).

• Financial Accuracy: Deep understanding of automotive accounting principles, AP/AR, and schedule maintenance.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel and standard office applications.

• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for spotting discrepancies before they become problems.

• Team Player: Clear communicator who works well with internal teams, vendors, and management.
