Experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. 

This role is critical to maintaining strong cash flow, accurate financial records, and excellent customer relationships. 

The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in managing AR processes. 

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable

Monitor aging reports and proactively follow-up on past due accounts

Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce DSO

Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish and English

Minimum 1 year AR experience 

Strong understanding of AR best practices

Excellent attention to detail 

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills
