We are seeking a highly dynamic Executive Assistant-Bookkeeper to support multiple senior C-level executives.
You will be a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a perfect role for a tech-savvy candidate, emphasizing digital skills (such as Claude, Co-pilot and ChatGPT) and adaptability.
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive team members by managing complex calendars; coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and communications; arranging travel; handling a high volume of correspondence; and assisting with annual budget preparation. Bookkeeping responsibilities include processing accounts payable, monitoring recurring payable schedules, processing cash receipts, preparing and posting journal entries, and completing monthly owner draws. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the willingness to use a personal vehicle for local errands. This role also requires sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.

The salary range for this position is $43.50-48.50/per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to mileage reimbursement and paid travel time for local errands. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
What You Bring
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant-Bookkeeper.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, power point and accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with owners and supervisors.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
