Engagement Manager | Global Taxes

The Role:

As an Engagement Manager in our firm, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the successful execution of accounting services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role i maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should posses strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of accounting principles. 

Responsabilities: 

Accounting Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct financial analysis, review financial statements, and provide insights to clients for better decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

 
Client Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic financial advice.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

 
Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and challenges in client engagements and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance.

 
Quality Assurance:

• Implement and uphold quality control measures to maintain the highest standards in service delivery.
• Conduct periodic reviews of project outcomes to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or another related program.
• 2+ years of proven experience in accounting, with a focus on client management and project oversight. 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. 
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills
