What You'll Do

• Financial Planning: Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial statements for the division
• Operational Support: Partner with mill leadership to analyze performance and support decision-making
• Analysis & Insights: Evaluate revenue, spending trends, and financial commitments
• Month-End Close: Perform reconciliations, inventory valuation, accruals, and production reporting
• Controls & Compliance: Maintain internal controls, support audits, and complete external reporting

What You Offer

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting; manufacturing experience preferred
• Education: Degree in Accounting or Business; CPA designation preferred
• Technical Skills: Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities
• Work Style: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Collaboration: Strong communicator with ability to work independently and within teams
