In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to financial disbursements, ensuring our customers and partners get the answers they need quickly and accurately. You'll be a vital part of our operations, managing inquiries, performing daily check audits, and researching payment details. If you have a strong sense of ownership and a knack for details, this is the perfect role for you.

This is a full-time, in-office Customer Service position. Please note that this role does not offer remote or work-from-home options.

Salary – $20.64 - $32.73 Hourly Wage

Key Responsibilities

What you'll do as a Disbursements Financial Analyst:

• Field incoming questions and resolve issues from internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance by performing daily check audits.
• Process check replacement requests 
• Dig into the details to research and resolve issues with Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments.
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep payments running smoothly.
• Tackle a variety of administrative tasks, including supporting the Finder garnishment program.
