The Director, TAS // Federal Transaction Tax represents a unique opportunity to assume a wide range of responsibilities and make a significant impact. The Director will be a leader serving private equity, direct lenders and corporate clients by supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions, transaction structuring, and transaction-related modeling. This role is intended for a strong federal transaction tax generalist with meaningful experience in partnership taxation and partnership tax modeling. The Director will report directly to senior leaders and oversee a broad range of responsibilities across buy-side and sell-side transactions, post-closing integration, restructuring, and related advisory workstreams. You will lead key initiatives, manage discrete workstreams and work closely with senior leaders.
