Director of Procurement Experience Level: Senior Leadership   This position is intended for an experienced procurement leader with a demonstrated history of developing enterprise purchasing strategies, negotiating national supplier agreements, and building high-performing procurement organizations within construction, real estate development, or related industries.   Position Overview RISE is seeking an experienced Director of Procurement to lead the procurement function across our construction division.
