This position is responsible to shape and deliver on our business commitments by partnering with the Procurement organization as we reimagine supply solutions by accelerating the future of care.

Reporting to the VP Finance, Procurement, QA, Talent Management, GBS FP&A, the Procurement Finance Director has overall responsibility for the strategy, cross-functional leadership , and stakeholder management to ensure aligned delivery scope, common expectations, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met or exceeded with adequate compliance and controls. This role will oversee a direct & indirect organization across BD Associates, 3rd Party Partners, and various cross-functional teams to optimize and execute end-to-end processes. These end-to-end processes include leading planning, budgeting, financial analysis, reporting and strategy development and execution in direct materials and indirect spending categories with Functional Business Partners. The right individual will collaborate within and across the Finance, Procurement, and ISC community.

Track record of driving business results in ambiguous and fluid situations through sound leadership, pragmatic approach, and empowering people to act with speed, agility and accountability to deliver against organizational goals. Must develop and maintain a high-performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment to expand capabilities.

Salary Range Information

$169,700.00 - $305,700.00 USD Annual
