Position Summary:

The Director of Procurement is responsible for developing and executing the organization's procurement strategy to ensure the cost-effective, reliable, and sustainable acquisition of goods, services, for indirect categories. This role provides strategic leadership across sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, contract administration, risk mitigation, and procurement governance.

The Director partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, R&D, Marketing, and other business functions to drive value creation, optimize total cost of ownership, improve supplier performance, strengthen supply continuity, and support the organization's long-term growth objectives.

This position leads procurement teams and serves as a key business partner in translating corporate strategy into sourcing initiatives that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and supplier innovation.
