The Director of Finance leads accounting operations for a casino in Florida, bringing strategic financial leadership and deep expertise in casino accounting to a dynamic, fast-paced gaming environment. This role is responsible for overseeing accounting functions, and internal controls while driving fiscal accountability and supporting the overall financial performance of the property.
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Finance/Accounting or senior financial leader with a strong accounting focus within a casino, gaming, or similar large-scale hospitality environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory compliance with a demonstrated ability to manage complex financial operations in a highly regulated gaming environment
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance and accounting team while maintaining the highest standards of fiscal integrity and operational excellence

• Oversee all accounting operations for the casino, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strict adherence to internal controls, and full compliance with regulatory and gaming authority requirements
• Drive financial performance through strategic planning, budget development, forecasting, and proactive identification of opportunities to optimize revenue and reduce costs across all property departments
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team while fostering a culture of fiscal accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated gaming environment
