The Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Accounting to lead our accounting and controllership function and help advance a modern, scalable finance infrastructure at a fast-growing, venture‑backed healthcare technology company. This role owns the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the company’s financial reporting and serves as a key partner to Finance leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Reporting to the EVP, Finance and partnering closely with the Senior Director of FP&A, the Director of Accounting oversees core accounting operations, including month‑end close, US GAAP compliance, audit readiness, and technical accounting. This individual will deliver accurate, defensible financials while modernizing systems and processes through automation and technology to support a growing, complex business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, brings strong technical accounting expertise, and enjoys building scalable processes and infrastructure in a fast-moving organization. The ideal candidate demonstrates integritygritadaptability, and collaboration, and is excited about the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a mission-driven organization.
