Director of Accounting
The Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting is responsible for the oversight of the accounting and control functions and for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and annual audits.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university
Required Experience: 5 years’ with all aspects of accounting and financial analysis; completion of financial statement consolidations; 5 years’ of supervisory experience and financial auditing and/or audit management
Preferred Experience: Nonprofit sector; multi-facility healthcare or social service environment; HUD financial reporting requirements; Medicaid and Medicare cost reporting; FAS; 117; 990 filings
Required License and/or Certification: CPA or other financial accounting certification
