As Director, Global Payroll – Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead and oversee global payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with local regulations. You will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality payroll experience while driving operational excellence across regions.

In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT to streamline payroll processes, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency and accuracy across global payroll operations. Your attention to detail will be essential in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and maintaining regulatory compliance.

This role requires deep knowledge of global payroll operations across multiple countries, while managing a global team of Payroll Specialists. Success in this position depends on cultural and emotional intelligence, flexibility to support multiple time zones, and a strong service‑oriented mindset.   As the Global Payroll Leader, you will operate with a high sense of urgency and accountability to ensure reliable and responsive payroll delivery from our Payroll vendors, as well as from the Payroll team.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Services and is based in Morris Plains, NJ, operating on a hybrid work schedule.

PAY RANGE

The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
