Senior Director, FP&A

A global, growth-stage organization in the manufacturing space is looking to hire a Senior Director of FP&A to lead commercial finance strategy and business planning across multiple units.

You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to drive budgeting, long-term planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across a complex, multi-entity business. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are key, along with experience building models, processes, and KPIs from the ground up.

Ideal Profile:

• 10–15+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience
• Proven leadership in dynamic, scaling environments
• Background in manufacturing, CPG, life sciences, or industrials a plus
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience with multi-currency, M&A, and international operations is a plus

Highlights:

• Leads planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting, long-range strategy)
