This position leads Gillette Children's Financial Planning & Analysis function, setting the strategy for how the organization plans, forecasts, and understands its financial performance. The Director builds and leads a modern FP&A capability — one that uses data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to give service line and executive leaders faster, sharper insights into performance and shifts the function's time from manual reporting toward forward-looking analysis and decision support. This role owns the annual budget process, rolling forecasts, long-range financial planning, and service line/product line analysis, and partners closely with the CFO, Controller, and operational leaders across the organization.

This is a hybrid position, with expectations to work onsite 2-3 days per week, and as needed for the role. The onsite location is in St. Paul, MN. The selected candidate must live in MN or WI. 

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this opportunity is $136,177 to $204,256, with a median salary of $170,216/annually. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees.
