Director/AVP, Fund Finance & Accounting -Strategic High Growth Opportunity!

A highly regarded and rapidly growing investment management platform is seeking a sharp Director, Fund Finance & Accounting to join a dynamic team supporting complex investment vehicles within a strategic platform.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants exposure beyond traditional fund accounting and enjoys operating at the intersection of fund operations, reporting, investor deliverables, and strategic initiatives.

-Hybrid In Office

-$190-$210K in base + full annual bonus

Responsibilities include:

-Own day-to-day oversight and execution of fund operations and reporting across multiple vehicles

-Manage complex fund structures including fund-of-funds, joint ventures, and closed/open-end structures globally

-Lead liquidity management activities including capital calls, distributions, cash forecasting, and banking activity

-Review NAV packages, GAAP financial statements, and coordinate closely with external administrators and auditors

-Partner cross-functionally with investment operations, tax, investor relations, and leadership teams

-Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable operational enhancements

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant experience within asset management, fund accounting, or alternative investments

• Strong understanding of alternative investment structures across credit, private equity, real assets, and partnership interests

• Big 4 audit experience is highly valued

• CPA preferred
