As Director, Accounting Operations, you will lead the functions that keep our organization running smoothly at scale; Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Inventory, and Payroll supporting approximately 10,000 associates nationwide.

Reporting to the Vice President, Controller, this is a high‑impact leadership role in a complex, high‑volume environment. You’ll build on an established foundation to elevate processes, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalability across accounting operations. As a private‑equity‑backed organization, operational excellence and enterprise value creation are central to our growth strategy and this role is critical to that mission.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000

Bonus: 15% of annual salary

Work environment: Remote‑first; Tampa‑based candidates preferred with occasional in‑office presence

Travel: Approximately 10%
