Digital Indirect Tax Consultant
The product ownership group for Tax Technology liaises with Finance Transformation, Business Transformation, and is responsible to lead and support existing and emerging technologies, including the evolving data management, driving efficiencies to create solutions and functions that provide data integrity to support the Indirect Tax business functions. The objective of offering the business key drivers will guide them through the digital tax journey, transforming new technologies while providing compliance and reporting within the evolving landscape.
Ideally you will have the following experience:
- Implementation of Indirect Tax Systems (preferably ONESOURCE Cloud), or similar (GTD, CorpTax, Vertex, Avalara).
- Experience with Oracle applications such as R12 or 11-i.
- SQL.
- ERP implementations (preferably Oracle Cloud).
- SharePoint, creation of Lean Specifications.
- Oracle Cloud (RAPID) configurations.
- Evolution and support of tax in a digital world.
- Partnering with the Finance Transformation Team, Business Transformation and Business Owners for alignment of technology, and processes.
- Emerging tax processes in a digital environment; SaaS, PaaS, Cloud technologies, API services.
- Analytics, Autonomous Transaction Processing, and Reporting.
- Building on key foundation technologies supporting RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and AI (Artificial Intelligence).
- International Indirect Tax Implementations and configurations.
- Transformation of the operational elements to deliver evolving technologies in batch and real time.
- Audit Compliance and data content services platform management to optimize digital tax document storage.
- Strategic implementation of Tax Technologies and roadmap planning.
