SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEWe are seeking a dynamic Data & Financial Analyst to join our Organizational Effectiveness and Research team. The role involves complex analysis, regulatory work, internal audits, and collaboration on compliance reviews for federal, state, and local grants. In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will play a crucial role in program evaluation, program data analysis, data visualization, and providing technical assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing large datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and transforming data into actionable insights to support organizational decision-making. Strong policy interpretation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Role and Responsibilities
Experience and Education Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Knowledge of data analysis, financial and industry terminology, statistical methods, program evaluation methodologies, performance measurement, and financial monitoring and oversight practices. Familiarity with financial reports, budgets, expenditure tracking, internal controls, compliance review procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and administrative requirements governing publicly funded programs. Proficiency in the use of computers, databases, spreadsheets, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting and data visualization tools. Experience with data modeling, data management principles, dashboard development, and the analysis of large datasets to support organizational decision-making. Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses; evaluate program effectiveness and performance outcomes; interpret statutes, policies, regulations, and contract requirements; and assess financial, operational, and management records for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established requirements. Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement; prepare clear and comprehensive reports, correspondence, and recommendations; communicate findings effectively to a variety of audiences; and provide technical assistance and guidance regarding financial, operational, and programmatic matters JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

Flexible Schedule (with set parameters):
Select a shift start and end time between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Monday–Thursday: Working hours must be between 7 and 10 hours per day.
Friday: Working hours must be 8 hours or less.
A 1‑hour lunch break is required.
Total net work hours must equal 40 hours per week.
