Pay Range: $24 - $25/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Own a share of a pooled, queue-routed book at a target ratio of approximately 1:150.
• Respond to inbound customer needs routed through a shared queue.
• Monitor customer health scores and feature-adoption trends, intervening early when usage declines.
• Find expansion opportunities from customer conversations and create Qualified Customer Success Leads.
• Lead retention conversations, diagnosing issues and escalating as needed.
• Provide guided onboarding confirmation and adoption consulting for Tier 2a and Tier 2b accounts.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in a relationship-first Customer Success, account management, or consultative role.
• Demonstrated ability to build durable, long-term customer relationships and execute a retention motion.
• Comfort operating within a pooled, queue-routed model without dedicated 1:1 account ownership.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or B2B SaaS is a meaningful advantage.
