Job Summary: Monsieur Touton Selection is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Associate to join our MA team. Reporting to the MA Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Manager, the Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day Account Receivable activities such as, but not limited to invoicing support, cash application coordination, collection follow-up, and account reconciliation. In addition, this role will serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries such as but not limited to billing, payments, credits, and returns. This role will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations/Dispatch, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and phone. Occasionally lift or move up to 15 lbs.

Qualifications

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related fields preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in an office-based Account Receivable and/or Customer Service role. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar ERP. Experience in data-entry is required. Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
