Requirements
- Recent Finance or Accounting experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization is required.
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Accounting Operations, or related financial disciplines.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and operational teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise or global Customer Experience organizations.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or international delivery centers.
- Experience working with P&L management, EBITDA analysis, cost optimization, pricing strategy, or operational finance.
- Experience supporting private equity-backed or publicly traded organizations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
