Essential Job Functions
- Lead credit and collections activities to improve cash flow and reduce past due balances.
- Manage customer credit risk through credit reviews, credit limit recommendations, and account monitoring.
- Oversee collection efforts and resolution of high-risk, delinquent, and escalated accounts.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers to resolve disputes and payment issues.
- Analyze AR aging, collection performance, and risk trends to drive improvement initiatives.
- Develop, coach, and support the credit and collections team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and collection procedures.

- Familiarity with D&B, Credit Risk Monitor, GetPaid, Coupa, and Sage 300 ERP system.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or finance.
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing credit and collections personnel.
- Experience managing customer credit risk, collection strategies, dispute resolution, and resolving delinquent accounts.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, credit analysis, financial modeling, aging management, cash flow, and bad debt controls.
Physical Requirements
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
- Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.
