Credit Analyst

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will be in charge for post monthly payroll interface files from the payroll system to the General Ledger
• Partner with HR Payroll to identify and fix General Ledger account coding issues and resolve payroll data discrepancies before posting
• You will generate monthly payroll expense reports for Controllers and key stakeholders
• Process union remittances for dues, Health & Welfare, and pension payments with strict compliance to collective bargaining agreements
• And you will process and prepare vendor invoices related to employee benefits for payment
• Reconcile payroll and benefit accounts on a monthly basis
• Maintain and update procedural documentation is part of your role
• Support additional general accounting tasks as needed

What makes you great

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field such as Finance or Business Administration, with at least one year of accounting experience
• Use advanced Excel skills to support accounting tasks and analysis
• You can apply working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Power BI, and ERP systems like JD Edwards and Oracle Analytics Server
• Research and resolve moderate accounting issues with minimal guidance
• Use strong analytical thinking along with clear verbal and written communication skills
• You can learn new processes and concepts quickly to support changing business needs
• Apply accounting principles to prepare journal entries and complete reconciliations
• Contribute effectively in a diverse, inclusive team environment while promoting respect and integrity

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $69,750 - $93,000.
