We provide a fully integrated suite of capital and fleet solutions covering every stage of the fleet lifecycle, from tailored financing structures and sourcing through to administration, programs, and remarketing.
In this role, you'll do more than process deals, you'll develop into a well-rounded credit professional and play a real part in redefining how fleet financing is done in Canada.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Credit Manager, the Credit Analyst is responsible for executing the day-to-day credit function from underwriting new applications and conducting annual reviews through to portfolio monitoring, collections support, and Anti Money Laundering (“AML”)/FINTRAC compliance execution. This is a hands-on role for a driven credit professional who takes ownership of their files and thrives in a fast-pace environment.

- Prepare credit write-ups and recommendations for adjudication, communicating findings clearly to the Credit Manager
- Ensure deal structure is compliant with company credit policies prior to activation
- Complete pre-activation file audits (ensuring the company-mandated and regulatory requirements have been met (including AML/FINTRAC requirements….), insurance and registration is in place and security interests have been properly registered) within required turnaround times
- Conduct annual reviews of existing commercial credit facilities and adjust credit lines as required
- Interact directly with the Sales team and customers to obtain financial information and support credit decisions
Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor assigned accounts for payment performance and early signs of borrower stress
- Prepare portfolio reports including delinquency summaries, maturity schedules, and concentration analysis
- Maintain complete and accurate credit documentation in the CRM and internal systems
- Ensure all security interests are registered and renewed prior to expiry
Collections & Workout
- Support collections on delinquent accounts through borrower communication and account documentation
- Assist with workout strategies for problem accounts, including customer bankruptcies
- Coordinate with external parties (legal, repossession agents, remarketing) on enforcement files
AML Compliance (FINTRAC)
- Execute FINTRAC compliance requirements at the transaction level – verifying that all customer AML/Know Your Client (“KYC”) documentation is complete and in place prior to deal activation
- Maintain accurate compliance records within the CRM and internal systems in accordance with the Credit Manager’s oversight framework
WHO YOU ARE
- Financially sharp. You independently read, spread, and interpret financial statements across industries and borrower types – cutting through complexity to form a clear, defensible view of risk.
- Exceptional attention to detail. You check your work, question assumptions, and dig into inconsistencies before anything leaves your desk. Accuracy isn't a step in your process – it's a standard.
- Intellectually curious and tech forward. You stay sharp, embrace technology to improve your analysis and decision quality, and bring a continuous improvement mindset to your work. As the credit landscape evolves, so do you.
