SUMMARY
Support the Commercial Lending Department by analyzing the financial positions of individuals and businesses applying for credit with Riverview Bank. Assist in the preparation of credit memorandums and other loan review documents.
The salary for this role will be between $24 and $35 an hour. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Works with Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers to ensure complete financial information is received from clients and prospects.

Work within Abrigo managing a dashboard of workflows to prioritize requests.

Complete spread workflows by inputting financial data and producing financial spreads with narrative templates, with a focus on cash flow/global cash flow and repayment analysis to determine appropriate risk classification of loans and borrowers. Spreads include borrowing base certificates and measured covenants per BLA requirements as applicable.

Complete steps in various workflows to advance New Requests, Renewals, Modifications, Extensions, Memo to Files, CCARs, and ALRs or other credit memorandums and loan review documents.

Generate credit reports and conduct OFAC inquiries on existing borrowers, prospects, and related parties as applicable.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Project professionalism in both appearance and attitude when dealing with clients and peers.

Attend training classes as required.

Observe all federal and state laws as well as Riverview Bank policies and procedures.

Coordinate with other departments as necessary.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Frequent contact with Supervisor to receive instruction and direction.

Maintain strong working relationships with Credit Administration and the Commercial Lending team.

Maintain cooperative working relationship with other areas of the Bank.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or technical school. One-year related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to prepare basic loan reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to Commercial Loan staff.

Ability to calculate basic mathematical functions.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form in a timely manner.
