What You'll Do
As a Credit Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our Sales organization by reviewing credit applications and matching customers with the appropriate lending partners.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing customer credit applications alongside credit bureau reports
- Determining the most appropriate lending solution for each applicant
- Partnering with the Sales team through Slack to provide timely credit decisions
- Managing approximately 15–16 applications per shift, with an average review time of 15–17 minutes per application
- Maintaining accuracy while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Schedule
Our business operates when our sales teams are working—including weekends and holidays—so flexibility is important.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit analysis, lending, automotive finance, or a related finance role
- Experience approving or reviewing lines of credit
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data
- Stable employment history with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain responsive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Home Improvement/Remodeling Lending Exp
- Automotive/ Home Improvement Sales professional looking to transition into a finance-focused career
- Experience with Tableau or SharePoint

Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000–$65,000 annual salary based on relevant experience
