REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

SUMMARY

Analyze, evaluate, document and monitor credit risk of proposed and existing customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Obtains loan request information from loan officer to analyze credit information, financial statements and other related information pertaining to a new loan and prepares the preliminary analysis for the loan officer.
• Reviews personal and business financial statements and tax returns to assess the global financial position of the borrower.
• Prepare written analysis, spreadsheets, reports, summaries and opinions on new and existing customers.
• Prepares and presents loan reviews on existing relationships to evaluate liquidity, capacity and potential risk.
• Assist loan officers with obtaining financial information from customers upon request.
• Consults with management to assist in risk management and strategic planning.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and/or equivalent combination of coursework and work experience. 
• Knowledge of financial statement data and statistical analysis
• Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Word
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong financial, analytical and critical thinking skills
