Energy Talent Search is working with a manufacturing company in the Greenville, South Carolina area seeking a Manufacturing Finance / Cost Accounting professional to support plant operations and finance leadership.
<\/p>
This position will partner closely with operations and plant leadership teams to support manufacturing reporting, operational analysis, inventory management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
<\/p>
This is a highly visible role supporting day -to -day plant finance operations and manufacturing performance reporting.
<\/p>
Responsibilities include:
<\/p>
<\/p>• Support plant leadership with manufacturing finance reporting and operational analysis
<\/div>• Analyze plant performance, manufacturing trends, and operational KPIs
<\/div>• Assist with inventory analysis, standard costing, and variance reporting
<\/div>• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting activities
<\/div>• Prepare spreadsheet analysis and reporting tied to plant operations and manufacturing performance
<\/div>• Work closely with operations teams to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost drivers
<\/div>• Utilize ERP and operational data to analyze manufacturing and financial performance
<\/div>• Support inventory -related reporting and costing impacts
<\/div>• Assist with operational finance reporting tied to manufacturing initiatives and plant performance
<\/div>• Support month -end reporting and operational analysis activities
<\/div>• Partner with finance and operations leadership to improve reporting visibility and operational decision -making
<\/div>• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives tied to manufacturing finance and reporting processes

Requirements<\/h3>
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
<\/p>
<\/p>• 4–8 years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, plant accounting, or operational finance experience
<\/div>• Manufacturing industry experience REQUIRED
<\/div>• Strong understanding of inventory accounting and standard costing environments
<\/div>• Experience supporting plant or site -based manufacturing operations
<\/div>• Strong Excel and spreadsheet analysis skills
<\/div>• ERP system experience required; SAP experience strongly preferred
<\/div>• Strong reporting, analytical, and operational finance skills
<\/div>• Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operations teams
<\/div>• Collaborative, proactive, and solution -oriented mindset
<\/div>• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred
<\/div>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
<\/div>• Ability to work effectively within fast -paced manufacturing environments
