- Support financial and operations goals and identify and resolve issues
- In charge of budget process
- Review and analyze costs
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address issues and opportunities
- Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses
- Perform gap analysis and research
- Produce closing reports
- Involved in ERP implementation and coordinate tool implementation
- College degree
- 2+ years of experience, packaging industry experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to conduct research into systems issues and products
- Strong customer service orientation
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office and advanced computer programs
