  What You’ll Do<\/b><\/span>
  <\/h2>

  • Lead corporate tax engagements from planning through completion while managing timelines and budgets
    <\/li>
  • Review and oversee corporate income tax returns, identifying tax savings opportunities and ensuring compliance accuracy
    <\/li>
  • Manage ASC 740 income tax provision engagements, including preparation, review, and audit support
    <\/li>
  • Research and advise clients on federal, state, local, and international tax matters
    <\/li>
  • Mentor and develop associates, senior associates, and interns through coaching and performance feedback
    <\/li>
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and strategic tax guidance
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and national tax teams on complex tax issues
    <\/li>
  • Respond to IRS and state tax authority inquiries
    <\/li>
  • Utilize tax technology and software solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
    <\/li>
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Required Qualifications<\/b><\/span>
    <\/h3>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
      <\/li>
    • Active CPA license in New York<\/b> or JD with active law license <\/b>required
      <\/li>
    • 4–7+<\/b> years of progressive corporate tax compliance and/or consulting <\/b>experience
      <\/li>
    • Recent public accounting experience <\/b>with a Top 15 accounting firm or a large regional firm
      <\/li>
    • Strong experience supporting large multi -state, national, or global corporations<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Deep knowledge<\/b> of:
      • Corporate income tax compliance
        <\/li>
      • ASC 740 income tax accounting
        <\/li>
      • US GAAP
        <\/li>
      • State and local taxation
        <\/li>
      • International tax concepts and transfer pricing
        <\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Strong engagement management and client relationship skills
        <\/li>
      • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
        <\/li>
      • Ability to work in a fast -paced, client -service environment
        <\/li><\/ul>

        • Experience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) software
          <\/li>
        • Stable career progression with demonstrated long -term growth in prior roles
          <\/li>
        • Experience mentoring and leading tax professionals
