Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to support tax compliance, planning, and ASC 740 tax provision activities for a diverse client base. This role involves managing engagements, mentoring staff, and working closely with clients and internal tax specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate tax engagements from planning through completion
- Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
- Lead ASC 740 tax provision preparation/review and audit support
- Supervise and mentor staff and seniors
- Conduct tax research and resolve complex tax issues
- Work directly with clients and respond to tax authority inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4–7 years of corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
- Active CPA (FL or eligible for reciprocity) or JD with active license
- Public accounting experience (Top 15 firm preferred)
- Strong experience with ASC 740 and corporate tax
- Experience with large, multi-state or global companies
Preferred
- OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) experience
- Background in professional services
- Stable work history (minimal job changes)
