We are looking for an ambitious, forward thinking high-achiever looking for a new challenge in a progressive and forward-thinking firm. In addition to a competitive package, this position offers opportunities for progression, challenging projects, and learning and development in a collaborative environment. The appointed individual will be expected to lead, manage and contribute meaningfully to M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and shareholder‑driven transactions, alongside ongoing client compliance responsibilities. The portfolio includes clients operating in a wide range of sectors including real estate, hospitality, healthcare and retail. The group advises domestic and international taxpayers on complex corporate tax advisory matters including M&A transactions, pre‑ and post transaction restructuring, share‑for‑share and share‑for‑undertaking exchanges, refinancings, due diligence assignments, EIIS structures and tax‑efficient exits, and aids with Revenue interventions. The successful candidate will be working with colleagues from junior to partner level, with significant direct client interaction.
