Payroll Administrator Job Responsibilities
- Process and administer payroll for multiple locations and departments
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Maintain payroll records, employee data, and timekeeping systems
- Review and validate timecards and payroll reports for accuracy
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll audits and year‑end processing (including W‑2s)
- Collaborate with HR, accounting, and department managers as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee data

Compensation Disclosure:
The Corporate Payroll Administrator position is paid on a pay scale that includes a Base Hourly Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, skill level, and qualifications.
Qualifications
Payroll Administrator Qualifications
- Previous payroll administration experience preferred, ideally in a multi‑location environment
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office (Excel strongly preferred)
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in dealership or automotive environment is a plus
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
