PAY RANGE: $100k-$150k/yr

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lexitas is seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution‑driven Corporate Development Manager to play a key role in driving the company’s mergers and acquisitions growth strategy. Reporting closely to senior leadership, this individual will partner with executive stakeholders and private equity sponsors to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisition opportunities that strengthen Lexitas’ market leadership.
This role is ideal for a proven M&A professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, brings strong financial acumen, and enjoys working cross‑functionally to move complex transactions from sourcing through integration. You will be deeply involved in financial modeling, due diligence, deal execution, and post‑acquisition performance analytics—making a direct and visible impact on Lexitas’ continued expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling for potential acquisition opportunities. Analyze target company economics, including cost structure, margin trends, and growth drivers. Conduct in‑depth customer, cohort, retention, and profitability analysis for acquisition targets. Manage and coordinate the full acquisition process, including collaboration with third‑party legal, accounting, and diligence advisors. Maintain existing deal sourcing strategies while developing new pipelines to expand M&A opportunities. Partner closely with Lexitas executive leadership and Apax team members throughout the transaction lifecycle. Support acquisition assessment, evaluation, and internal investment committee materials. Assist with ad‑hoc financial analysis related to the core business and strategic initiatives. Support post‑acquisition integration, performance tracking, and financial reporting, including budgeting and forecasting. Maintain organized documentation and archival of all M&A materials. Develop tools, processes, and strategies to improve efficiency and consistency in M&A evaluation and execution. Safeguard the confidentiality of medical records and ensure full compliance with HIPAA and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Perform other duties as assigned in support of corporate growth initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited four‑year college required; high academic achievement strongly preferred. 5+ years of M&A transaction advisory experience in investment banking, accounting, strategy consulting, or a related corporate development role. Strong understanding of market research, financial analysis, and data analytics methodologies. Proven ability to lead complex analyses while balancing both strategic and tactical execution. A demonstrated blend of analytical rigor and creative problem‑solving.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisor responsibilities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
