Overview

Star Dental Partners is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to help evaluate, execute, and close the acquisitions that fuel our growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, you'll work at the center of our partnership strategy, analyzing opportunities, building the financial case for each deal, and helping carry transactions from first look through closing. Few analyst roles offer this level of visibility: you'll regularly present your work to the C-suite and our private equity sponsors and collaborate with leaders across the business. That exposure brings broad, hands-on experience across the full M&A lifecycle, accelerated professional growth, and a direct line of sight between your work and the company's success. You'll join a tenured, highly collaborative team that shares knowledge freely, holds a high bar, and genuinely invests in each other's development.
